Allos started its experience in Human Capital Development as a pioneer of e-Learning in 1982 with the first Computer Based Training initiative, led by Rosario Troise.

The Company grew significantly between the end of the 90s and 2000 when it merged with Dedalomedia Interactive, a creative enterprise that won awards in Europe for the best multimedia products. The MD of Dedalomedia was Roberto De Rossi, President of the Allos group.

In the same years Allos began implementing Learning Management Systems and in 2002 started to offer the same solutions as SaaS (software as a Service).

The Company success then expanded across the borders to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the USA.

Allos international expansion started in 2001 in Europe and 2003 in Africa.

In 2011 Allos opens its frist office in USA with the purpose to bring new, innovative and effective e-learning content, communication and change management in the American market.

Continuos requests from American companies to deliver in USA convinced Allos’ shareholders to open an branch in the east coast of the United States of America.

Simone Zanetti, CEO and co-founder of Allos America, is often a keynote speaker at both local and international conferences.

The Allos team consists of highly qualified and creative staff with skills ranging from technical and functional capability to creative and consulting expertise.

Allos srl

With branches in Italy, South Africa, America and representative offices in Northern Europe, Allos srl is the ‘parent company’ of the group. Allos srl’s offices are located 60km outside Venice.

Allos Consulting (Pty) Ltd

Allos SA provides services to the Southern Hemisphere and provides similar services as Allos srl. The two companies often collaborate on projects. Allos Consulting’s offices are located in Centurion, South Africa, between Johannesburg and Protoria.

Allos America
Of all the services and products that the Allos group offers world wide, Allos America concentrates in this first phase on e-learning content, communication and change management.

Nextep specialises in three areas: IT infrastructure, security and advanced web portals. Based 60km outside of Venice, Nextep srl shares office space with Allos srl in Italy.
